Where to Find Company Settings

Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar. Settings is organised into tabs — General, Locale, Currency, Working Time, Leave & HR, Payroll, Branding, Security, and Country Presets. Only users with an HR Manager, Admin, or Super Admin role can edit these settings.

Fiscal Year (Working Time tab)

The fiscal year start month is set on the Working Time tab, alongside working days per month and weekend days. It controls payroll tax year calculations, annual leave resets, and financial reports.

Pre-loaded Pakistan national holidays include: Kashmir Day (5 Feb), Pakistan Day (23 Mar), Labour Day (1 May), Eid ul Fitr (3 days), Eid ul Adha (3 days), Youm-e-Ashura, Independence Day (14 Aug), Iqbal Day (9 Nov), Quaid-e-Azam Day (25 Dec).

You can add custom holidays (e.g., provincial holidays, company-specific days off) from HR → Holidays → Add Holiday.

Organisation Structure

Configure the department and designation hierarchy that flows into all HR modules:

  • Departments — Group employees for reporting and leave approval hierarchies. Departments can be nested and have a department head.
  • Designations — Job titles that can carry a grade and a minimum/maximum salary range; appear on payslips and offer letters.

Go to HR → Departments and HR → Designations to manage each of these.
